About the event
Mind & Muscle Camp is a 5-hour confidence-focused camp designed to help kids build strong bodies, calm minds, and confident attitudes in a supportive, small-group environment.
Through gymnastics, movement games, crafts, and guided recharge time, athletes will work on both physical strength and mental focus.
